i took a boat from Phra Athit pier to otherside of river Thonburi railway station pier.....and from there is walking distance to Thon buri railway station.....easy, if you stay in Khao san area

MC taxi was good choice. No reason ride 2+ hours on the train while perspiring from a long walk, the train will be warm enough. The bell is an important part of the station signaling system, you shouldn't ring it. That big room mirror is there for a reason..wink, wink.

Have those new visa changes benefited you to stay longer with no pressure to leave? I reckon a smart move to get the motorbike taxi. There are many expats living here Robert, the hotels are not keen on me looking at the rooms if I’m not staying. I always use booking.com and look at the reviews

Richy I went Ko Chang, absolutely hated the place. If you go I’ll watch yr vlog and see where you go, maybe I just went to the wrong place . Just arrived in Bavaria. Love it here but champing at the bit to get back to Kanchanaburi.

I love kanchanaburi also been many times. I was on koh chang last month stayed in kai bae rainy season just started. Back again in Aug after going to Nong Khai for 7 days to chill but rainy season. If u go to koh chang the rain is now in full flow but island quiet, jungle green, and accommodation cheap, and everywhere chilled. Safe travels enjoying the vlogs
