Our Air force is in dire need of modernising her fleet. The fighter jets are mostly Chinese Variant of Mig 21 are nearly 40 years old. I hope the government would do something sooner about this as they have announced the programme "Vision 2030".

Bangladesh is a great country. Just like Pakistan which few years back were flying old F-7 aircrafts has planned its future induction wisely and now has inducted state of the art JF-17 Block 3 and J-10 C along with forthcoming procurement of 5th gen J-31 aircrafts from China. Bangladesh should also need to collaborate and try to plan its future move wisely. Long live Bangladesh and Pakistan

They don't need to. India uses rafales and su 30 mki for China and Pakistan. Bangladesh maintains air force with respect to Myanmar. They don't need to compare with India since India is a friendly.

Well America Refused to sell us F-16 fighting Falcons because they said it is not appropriate for Bangladesh, I was really sad by this because I loved the F-16 since i was a child

Americans didn't say it was inappropriate to sell to us. It was Boeing and their engineers. After inspection, they certified Bangladesh air force as not suitable for maintaining and running f-16s. That is how bad Bangladesh airforce is. It can be compared to Afghanistan taliban but with nicer uniforms.
