Used or printed paper is not good for health. So it is actually unhealthy to use them to serve food. They do it because it is super cheap. Now Bangladesh Food Safety Authority announced a ban on used and printed paper to serve food. Although the ban is not implemented yet in these cheap street food field.

In India (West Bengal), it is called Aaloo Kabli! Mouth watering 🤤🤤🤤 Edit: Recipe for others. Mix the below ingredients. Boiled potato, sprouted bengal gram (black chana), boiled peas (yellow matar), onion, tomato, cucumber, salt, black salt (must), chaat masala (contains salt too, optional though), roasted cumin powder, roasted dried red chilli powder (According to your tolerance level), green chilli (skip if you can't tolerate spice), tamarind pulp, lemon juice, coriander leaves (cilantro leaves).

@@norpriest521 The street food per say isn’t bad it’s how they prepare make it to serve its just not clean. Should have kart like unite, using stainless steel, cover, using gloves, use a bottled juiced up so you don’t have to dip your hands with the spoon like this man did many times. It’s not this guys fault he isn’t educated nor is he aware of the affect poor hygiene can have on others. Yes the locals are used to it but not everyones immune system is same. Some locals do have good hygiene.
