Assalamualaikum all ! I am Nurin and with me is Omer. In this information vlog part-4, we tried to cover the following information regarding:
1) How to search housing in Denmark for BD students. The 3 main ways are:
i) University Housing; ii) Student Housing; iii) Private market.
2) Requirement, process and all information regarding CPR and nem-id. The documents needed for CPR are:
i) Passport first page; ii) Residence permit letter (when you collect your passport from VFS, you will get this letter); iii) Marriage certificate attested (n/a for singles :p); iv) Danish housing contract; v) Receipt of the CPR appointment taken from respective municipality (Kommune in Danish, for example, Aarhus Kommune) ALL HARD & SOFT COPY MUST.
3) Information regarding opening of Danish Bank account (nem conto in Danish). The documents and processing time needed for opening a bank account depends on Bank to Bank. Some example of the banks are:
i) Danske Bank, ii) Nordea Bank, iii) Jyske Bank, iv) Djursland Bank (shortest processing time now), v) Lunar Bank, vi) Syd Bank etc.
