It’s obvious that this meant the absolute world to him because he thought nobody cared. He must have felt so down and alone but didn’t want anyone to feel bad about it. He probably wanted to go home to his family and be around them to celebrate, but his hyungs showed him that he was already at home with his family and they’d go to any length for him.
