So, I just noticed that the seven lights that descend seemed to form a constellation and I had my suspicions so I looked it up. Apparently it's called the Corona Borealis, which is, of course, associated with the Greek god Dionysus. Man! These guys go deep!

I don't think there will ever be a performance/performer that tops BTS and their performances. Particularly this one. You can see that they are doing this straight from the bottom of their hearts. And to think they did all this just for an award show. Exceptional artists. I'll forever stan!

방탄 시상식 무대 중 제일 아끼는 무대... 4년이 지난 지금 봐도 정말 레전드임. 30분 넘는 시간을 한 아티스트에게 할애한 것부터 시작해서 무대 하나하나 뼈를 갈아 넣은 게 보임. 디오니소스는 정말 어느 대형뮤지컬보다도 더 멋짐. 방탄이니까 할 수 있는 무대들... 2025년에 건강하게 완전체로 돌아와 더 멋진 퍼포먼스를 보여주리라 믿어 의심치 않음. 💜

I think if you watch closely you can see their personalities coming through, they're just bringing the performance energy to a much higher level. I love that we get to see different performances to catch different details.

I'm not ARMY but I enjoy their performances in Korea so much. They give the maximum and the promoters collaborate in it. Nothing to do with performances abroad where they are so restrained. 37:07 minutes spent with pleasure.

Them remixing Dionysus (2019) with N.O (2013) was such a genius move,, N.O is abt breaking from the chains that society puts on you, while Dionysus is the liberator from oppressive restraints. Both are so empowering!! N.O's lyrics being abt society & adults that wants you to be a studying machine. How some parents want you to be something they want you to be so you give up on your own dreams. Dionysus was after you get away from those chains of society & finally find your own dream. They feel free as artists making their own art/music & doing what they actually want.

I wouldn’t say only BTS as Hwasa is an example of an amazing performer and there are so many Kpop idols/ groups which really snatch wigs in terms of performance like MonstaX and EXO. Though BTS is definitely up there and never disappoint and I agree that American award shows are kind pathetic in comparison

*I am never forgetting this performance like the heck* - Namjoon performed Persona (this was already sufficient to kill me) but no... - They had to perform Boy in luv and with luv..(why r my eyes sweating) - Then that soul touching mikrokosmos -Now ladies and gentlemen the show didn't stop there Their solos were left..as we still had some soul left: V's dance break- let me breathe Jin on the horse- Worldwide Handsome didn't come to play Jimin- Angel guys angel Suga looking hotter than fire J Hooooopppe tf I wasn't ready Jk with water-what is breathing Then after all that The king Dionysus was left and no they didn't just performed it..they went all out with the dance break in between *In short: Our lives were not spared*

Watching this I just can't believe how we let westerns artists stand on stages, with average vocals, 2 or 3 basic moves and we call them good performers??! Like, how low is our bar?? LOOK AT THIS!! WE ARE A SHAME, we are full of mediocre artists... and these dudes are right here showing us how is really done and people got the nerve to ignore it???? I agree! We need to put American kids through music boot camp like Koreans. Sign these kids at an early age and teach them singing/dancing/acting, etc. I think with 10 years of drilling them how to entertain we can have great American performances.

@Howard Except the reason that BTS becane so big is not because of that. Disney in America tries to manufacture talent. Many Kpop entertainment companies do the same. Meanwhile, BTS comes from a company that was bankrupt, and members trained very little. Part of the appeal is that they are ao raw and improve with each performance.

2019 MMA Dionysus stage ..BTS proposed to ARMY. The constellations made by the seven stars represent the crown (Corona Borealis) Flowers, horses, their costumes... Their solo stage is a song that represents 7 years from their debut year. They certainly proposed to ARMY with thanks.

When there's news taking abt solo stage, this is a brilliant idea to make solo stages with such transition from one to another. All these choose for reason with dark elements with 7 God concept n each member carry certain elements through the storyline character. Jin 's solo showcase how mystery vibe prince could be. Yoongi's fire element with savage cool vibe as how yoongi is. Yoongi's rap is so hype up today👆👍
