We feel very lucky that we've had the opportunity to be here. The food is such a huge part of the culture here and it's insane how easy it is to find a great meal! We have been welcomed here everywhere we have been and we will be very sad when it's time to move on. I have a feeling this isn't the last we will be seeing of Vietnam though 🇻🇳

Northern Vietnamese people often do not eat meat bánh mì . We often eat bánh mì with fried eggs, pate, sausage "an old type of sausage" along with some pickles. I've been eating them since childhood until now
