The diary part was written about her wishes where she wanted to fulfill before dying because she is suffering of disease. Now her boyfriend wants to fulfill her all wishes. That's the story of this movie

Without giving any spoilers: She finds out she doesn't have much long to live. She writes her wishes down as a "things i wanna do b4 I die" kinda thing. This journey leads them to love but he is a gangster and she is the girl next door. Their worlds collide when an enemy of his finds out about her and thus the climax of the movie (i hope I didn't give anything away). Its worth watching, Tho

This song has my entire heart. Whenever I am sad I watch listen to this song. It reminds me rehen and seher (childhood friends) idk of if seher is alive. Rehen isn’t alive but will forever be alive
