God … i’m at a stage in my life where i’ve really discovered the amazing joys of hard work and real physical and mental perseverance. i have no idea how on earth the story of dave has landed on my phone to view at this time. when i get physically drained i feel depressed but dave, although he comes off as goofy, he never EVER gives up - he just gets up every day and attacks the day with a positive mental attitude , i know this is entertainment but i dont think ive realised how hard it is to get up in the morning and just work with a positive attitude to achieve your goals - when people tell you NO when i can’t put money in the pocket and everyone is trying to take it out my pocket, it just depresses me it makes me angry but dave just drives on with just such an admirable force that i’ve never appreciated before. Its ten to 11 posting this… im going to finish this episode and go to bed and wake up at 6 instead of 7 tomorrow, continue applying for my masters and open the shop at 9 and try to make 300 quid, i am not going to be put down ever. 2 things: firstly, dave is an exemplary character. I absolutely fucking love this bloke. I aspire to live as upbeat as he is. I feel like I lost that spark at some point in my early 20s. I was very jokey like dave in my teens, would natter shite to anyone and make them smile. Dave's a really useful influence right now, if we had a country full of Dave we'd be in a far better world. 2nd thing: This is an eye opening explanation of why we're in such a shit banking situation. "you can't open a bank unless you've already opened a bank" - why are we putting up with this absolute joke?

They make it so hard, because they do not want you to be in the know. If the people of Burnley could withdraw all their funds from the other banks and put it in yours then we may have a chance. A building society would have been a better one to go for first.
