Hopefully I wasn't to hard on you guys lol. On a serious note, I and I'm sure many others really do appreciate the continued support of a product after purchase. I definitely am a big fan of your KZfaq channel. I like how Gale is a student and a teacher and always willing to learn. By the way, lokjaw is freaking awesome 😉

The initial dead spot is more of a mechanical delay in that's the time it's taking for the throttle blade to open. This is part of the deal with the newer vehicles.

Unfortunately you are right. I much prefer the old way with a throttle cable.

They built it to not engage till you're going over 10 mph. Its safer for slow backing and car wont be jumpy.,better for traffic.

Yea, the whole drive by wire situation of these new vehicles is kinda of annoying. I'm sure it's all because of fuel mileage.

It will prompt an update through the app if one is available, easy peasy. 🍻

I have 2019 sierra 6.2 it's instant throttle. I keep it on city level 10.

I own a 2015 nissan xterra pro-4x & I tested between city & sport so I ended up staying on city lvl. 9..

It keeps telling me it can't connect and to restart it. But when I push the reset button nothing happens.

@@T_B_C_L Yes, I've pressed it a few times. Then I tried holding it down a few seconds, still nothing. I unplugged it from the port altogether. The application refuses to connect to it anymore. Is there a way to just do a factory reset?

@Miasaint10 I'm not sure what phone you are using but if you have an android clear the data on the app then try to reconnect. If you have an iPhone you may have to delete the app and reinstall, then reconnect.
