The owl was insanely gorgeous! I literally gasped in awe. It sounds like all of that nonsense was “a blessing in disguise.” You saw the bigger picture, and turned it into an opportunity for business growth. For what it’s worth.. people in the comments are calling it a punishment and offering ideas on what you should do next. But y’all….Vanessa has been in resale for a long time. She knows the options. Wow! U have literally inspired me to Jamble about a year ago. It’s unfortunate that Jamble practicing the same ish. I deleted my acct permanently about 6 mos ago, I personally don’t like 80% of the sellers there. The top top seller at the time I despise the most (not u). U made a great decision and honestly u don’t need them

It is actually illegal for one platform to ban you because of something you did or said on another platform. You could sue jamble. I don’t use jamble. Anyways I know someone who sued over this same thing and the platform lost and had to pay over a million dollars to him. ❤

She was not banned, she was suspended but decided to stop selling there. But even in the terms and conditions of Jamble it’s stated they can ban you for any reason. “We may also withdraw the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without any liability to you.

It doesn’t matter what they say in their rules. They cannot enforce it. One platform cannot regulate what you do on another platform. It has already been ruled on. So although some people allow them to kick them off or try to take away free speech rights it’s not actually legal and eventually they will get sued and the platform will lose.

And I’m here to vouch for cofounder’s communication I actually just texted Louis (a cofounder the other day) and he has emailed and texted me and I actually got paid to do a collab with JAMBLE when they were first established so she speaks truth you all. ❤

Why would Jamble suspend your account?! YOU are NOT the one that made an hour show about talking bad about someone on a selling platform. I think that’s very odd and shady. I never heard of Jamble before but will not do business with them in the future. That’s just too weird. Granted I didn’t see the video but you did not participate in the video, thus you should not get punished. PLUS Jamble threatened you to delete the video. What!! Jamble if you are reading this you need to apologize to VAD for making a threat AND ASK her to return, she didn’t participate in that bashing video, she uses your platform for what it is intended, Selling! I think owls are beautiful animals...I do not like seeing them on the property in daytime as we free ranges most of our chickens and ducks during the day..and our property backs up to a 1000 acre preserve...so it would have flipped me out. I have only sold on ebay, poshmark and mercari..I left mercari shortly after joinging..ebay, from 2004 to 2020...I dont like change and it was no longer the platform it was 20 years ago. I dont do live shows on poshmark (or videos for that matter) due to the aforementioned ducks and chickens...I know for a fact, if the windows were open someone would say hateful things ...they are pretty loud, and when they hear us talking they like to join in on the conversation ....but our children and grandchildren are grown up...and we missed the chaos. You showed integrity refusing to remove the videos, JMHO...
