Hi Friends,
I welcome you all to my channel Blue Aquatics.
I hope you all are doing well.
Friends, I have created an updated list for you for the banned #turtles and #tortoises in India and this list is as per the WildLife Act 1972.
There are a total of 17 different #Turtles and #Tortoises mentioned in this video.
As per the Wildlife Act, no one can keep these #Turtles and #Tortoises at their home. If any found then there is a punishment for the owner.
So think twice before keeping a #turtle or #tortoise as a pet.

I have Indian soft shell turtle Accidently. I don't know that this turtle is banned. But this turtle have died before 3 or 4 years.😭😭😭 I missed him.

@@BlueAquaticss Bro I buy that turtle from a shop at 2000 single but he said that you can take him in only in fishtank. He provide me wrong information and he was semi mature at the time of buying. But he dye after 9 YearS.

U have to handover the turtle or set him free if wild life officers raid on your house u and ur husband go to jail for 6 to 8 years

If any wildlife person came to your home and found this red eared, so you must have valid document to show it to them that its not indian, its imported from xyz country.
