banshees of inisheer is the movie in case anyone wants to know... we were 4 weeks on aran and 5 in achill... locals on aran and achill were so kind and helpful ... and crew and cast had such a great time ....!!

Hi “Colin”! I’m going to take this as your official apology 😂😂 I did see very positive things being said on local social media about the production. Locals seemed very happy to have you there. I’ll keep an eye out for the movie, is there a rough date for release yet?

@@StephenJReid haha I am just a nobody crew member lol..I would imagine it will be out end of summer time ish...no idea really..same writer as in bruges Martin McDonagh..cast were so great to work with. Colin is a gentleman for the record lol..brendan is exactly how you expect. Down to earth and funny. Long days but enjoyed every second of it..

I love how you are the perfect mix between adventurer, a bit of a geek (in the positive sense), a runner and make seriously awesome videos. seriously, keep up the good work! Half of the stuff is irrelevant for me (as I already have that piece of equipment, or the next version, or an alternative), yet still I watch it.

Ah lads , that was the most entertaining and funniest wild camping video ever 😂🤣 all the skills in filming let’s not forget that also, slow motion, falls , B&W and a massive crack 😅. I laughed out loud 👏👏👏✊🇮🇪

This is beautiful. That intro was superb and the bit where you try to force 'the crack' apart, I couldn't look. 😬 I love the shots where the clods are blowing over the mountain tops.

I love keem bay. Drove from Larne to camp and fish 4 weekends in a row there. Long drive but worth the effort. That’s a few years ago when you could wild camp on the beach. Stunning area and very historic to. The locals we met when there were so nice/gracious. Time for a return I think👍❤️😁

What camera are you filming with? There is some great consistency between it and the drone footage. I thought you were using the ZV1

Used the Sony A7siii for this one. But I coloured graded every shot and tried to get everything to match.

Hardly any litter at all! There’s a huge difference North/South in the amount of litter you see. For some reason there’s a lot more in Northern Ireland 🤷🏼‍♂️

@@StephenJReid Haven't done it myself, Have been to Achill many times but only started running in the last few years. Hopefully doing the 10k in 2023. Have seen videos of it on KZfaq though
