Simply superb, mesmerizing is the only word. The vinyasam from 22:35 onwards is on another level. Even those who know nothing about music will be captivated for the next 15 minutes by the wonderful jugalbandi. This is a lifetime perfection refined.

Not bhandureethi… it’s bantureethi. Bantus meaning caretaker. So Tyagaraja is asking for a a job like the Bantus…( Bantureethi)

Less serious Carnatic singers appear to be corrupting these words to Bantureethi Kolu ( meaning the staff or stick like the ones held by the Bantus)

I appreciate very much your easiness in rendering the krithi. It is a good pure vegetarian meal with the absence of strong rasas. Have a bit more spicy. I recllect the memories of M L Vasantha ji!
