Early on in our career, we loved sampling ethnic vocals from cultures around the world and we really wanted to return to those roots of our project this year from a different vantage point.
‘Maundu’ was crafted around the hauntingly beautiful vocals of Kenyan artist, Sofiya Nzau. There’s something so special about music’s ability to transcend cultural boundaries and we hope you feel the same after listening!
