butter 114g
salt 3g
water or milk 30ml
cake flour 150g

1. Dissolve salt in milk.
2. Unsalted butter at roomtemp make creamy with spatula.
3. Stir in the butter little by little milk.
4. Put sifted cake flour, until combine become one with dough.
You can add the cake flour at once or divide it up. And be careful not to hit too much.
5. Move the dough on sheet and stick together in a lump.
6. Move the dough on plastic wrap and press lightly spread it flat.
7. Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
8. Roll out chilled dough surface until 3mm thickness and put into mold.
9. After prick the dough bottom with a fork, lay out parchment paper and fill with dried beans.
10. Pre-heated on190degrees and bake in 180degrees for 15mins.
