The BAR-BARIANS are a STREET WORKOUT community that focuses on advanced calisthenics and strength training, they are a reference in this sport.
There are many who want to be part of this renowned group, for this they must pass a first test under the watchful eye of its longest-serving members as @zefzakaveli.
The BAR-BARIANS REQUIREMENTS have to be completed in less than 5 minutes, each set must be done UNBROKEN (without breaking the series) and all this with a flawless technique, without losing form at any time.
The set is as follows:
5 MUSCLE UPS
50 DIPS
30 PULL UPS
60 PUSH UPS
5 MUSLE UPS
To achieve the Golden Wings it is not enough to complete the set flawlessly, it is also important to demonstrate a committed attitude, strong work ethic, respect and community involvement to be considered an active and respected member of the Bar-Barians family.
