Example: If stirupp dia= 8mm then 9x8=72mm which is the hook length.But in site we execute it in feet (72/304.8=0.25 feet) which is 3inch

Sir I am btech student.sir my project work is going on my topic is seismic performance of flyash concrete building with flyash brick and burnt clay brick masonry infill. In experimental we can do the strength of flyash brick vs clay brick by using utm machine in design I am using etabs software so in design first we consider to build a building full of flyash then 2 one is clay brick.sir plz give the design for manual calculations in flyash brick building and clay brick building

hello your formula for crank length is totally wrong if we use your formula L.D for example dia. of bar is 20 mm and length of bar 1000mm (1m) then crank length will become 2m which is very long so such long crank length is not provided
