I ask Baratza for some help since Maxicoffee.com said there was no problem. I send the grinder to their repair supplier in Germany and they fixed it under warranty. They changed the motor, the scale and 3 others parts… now it works ! Thanks Baratza !

Did you open the bean canopy in back when putting back on bean top?
