*For those who dont know French here's the meaning* : this song is all about hope, despair and passion. She wants people to recognize her as a professional singer so badly that she'll never be happy if this dream isn't fulfilled so she presents herself and begs us all to watch and to listen to her. Oh and the lyrics are really well written and sort of poetic 😄

This song has a special meaning for me because Pravi looks very similar to my own grandmother, who gave up a modeling career to have children. Sometimes she would tell me of her wishes to continue with her career, and wondered what would happen if everyone truly had "looked at her." I miss her so much.

Entirely agreed,i felt like she put so much emotion during her live eprformance,which makes the song even more beautiful sounding imo. i'm trying to find the same version without the background noises (people clapping) but I can't seem to find anything,do you have any luck on your side?

@@paipai479 Well you can try to find a video in TV or on KZfaq when she sang the song on Roland Garros this year in women’s final in single. I saw it live and heard this song for the first time and I felt so many emotions because minutes before the final won Bára Krejčíková from my country so I was crying and when I heard this song, I cried again. So beautiful song full of passion. I love it more and more each day. And you can here the people only after the song was finished but not during the singing. 😉

@karl bernz C'est déjà un début. Même si cela reste dans le domaine critique d'enfants. De mon point de vue tu n'a simplement pas compris l'envers de ses paroles. Après tout, tout le monde n'est pas du genre à écouter et réfléchir à ce que cela signifie. Je ne te tiendrais pas rigueur de tout ceci étant donner que cette génération est comme ça a présent. this song hit home for me. the loneliness, the pain, the brokenness, the tears coming out from the song really hit me in the song. this song felt like smiling despite all the pain i’ve been through and just saying “well, at least i’m still here and fine. it makes me feel alive” because pain is a harsh reality when love is just a beautiful dream. douze points de la Turquie à la France 🇫🇷🇹🇷

La jeune Emma Kok (15 ans, gagnante de The Voice Kids en Hollande) a repris cette chanson lors du concert d'André Rieu à Maastricht il y a quelques jours... rythme de la chanson ralenti, ça donne vraiment des frissons.... Je ne sais pas si Barbara Pravi a eu l'occasion de l'écouter, mais ça vaut le détour.... à écouter sans modération !

Oui, en toute sincérité je n'avais pas vraiment accroché sur la version de B.Pravi et je suis le premier surpris de ma réaction sur la version d'Emma KOK.. Je l'écoute en boucle et elle me tire des larmes à chaque fois. Au final la chanson est mise à l'honneur et c'est un immense succès pour ses auteurs aussi.

C'est vrai mais pour la voix et l'accent je préfère l'originale. En vrai j'ai du mal avec les paroles françaises reprises car notre langue perd de son identité à ce moment

Complètement d’accord. J’ai eu des Larmes aux yeux au bout de 10 secondes. En pleurs et complètement secouée à la fin. Cette jeune fille a un talent d’interprétation immense.

@@Assassunn L'émotion est plus forte que le texte en Français c'est ce qui explique son succès "mondial" aujourd'hui. La version de B.Pravi est plus calculée pour moi avec des faux airs de Piaf ect ici la petite est sincère et les arrangements suivent.. =D

This song is the winner for me. Her emotions and voice just amazes me! A true winner does not need a lot of special effects and backup dancers to stand out, and Barbara really stood out to me. Its a 12 pointer from me!
