I was thinking the same exact thing!! I would loved to be ticketed in Rhode Island and get this Judge!! And I wouldnt mind if he didnt dismiss it.. Ill pay!!

I have been fortunate to actually get a ticket in Providence with my tractor trailer for being parked in a no parking zone while unloading. Judge caprio was absolutely amazing to work with and was willing to dismiss the ticket for parking a commercial vehicle on a no parking zone while the contractor was unloading dry wall off my trailer

it was so touching that Carl was so concerned about her mother he cares for him too much and would do anything to help her mother. also the mother has 8 sons and all of them are well mannered and train.was so lovely to see that thinking ther all boys and they all do understand, respect and love each other and to their mom as well.

Gave a handicap ticket to car in1970 turns out it was a Dr. Went to court. He claimed he came in on energy call. Judge [great judge ]. Questioned him turned out wasn't a emergency. Fine was Noemaly $100.00. Judge said you of all people should know better and doubled the fine to $200.00.

The reason why people appreciate this judge more than others? Compassion. He takes circumstances into consideration as if he were the person and sees that most people do not have ill will. Most do not respect someone who only follows the law by text.
