I know it's a different time and everyone gets a talk show and there's the internet which I love also but these two had class and integrity and it was nice not having cell phones and social media! Just to enjoy moments like these.

It is true that people’s lives and their character are suddenly wiped clean once they have died. As if once they died all of their bad or negative traits didn’t exist. We do this all the time in our culture. Although I’m not sure how bad she really was to begin with. She was a trailblazer and many times they get bad reps. So I have to claim ignorance on this one. At times I didn't approve of some too personal questions she asked, & I felt she ambushed some celebrities & that was unprofessional. Celebrities have a personal life that their fans didn't need to know. She broke the glass ceiling for other women in the news industry, and I admire her for that. RIP aJohhny & Barbara.

She was classy and unique in her own way... All interviews are based on her model. There wasn't a 'glass' ceiling when you're the first and nobody 'dominated' a person that set the standards for Celebrity Interviews. Oprah's interviews are based on Barbara's method.
