This is a Speedrun to kill Hell Baal with Shared Stash gear!
NG+ means New Game plus. In Diablo we create a new character and use our shared stash for gear that we create that has to be legit (possible to find).

New Game Plus. New game = new character and plus = using shared stash gear (for d2)
