You're such a good girl! I am so happy for you that you have something that you are so passionate about and enjoy so much! I live with an elderly man that I care for while he goes through a series of surgeries. It drives him absolutely nutty and it is so frustrating for him to have to sit about all the time. It's even worse because he absolutely dislikes watching television. HOWEVER.... I can turn his mood around in an instant by putting your videos on. He can't get himself enough of some Gina Young! So, aside from a bit of the History Channel (along with one other UTube cook, ironically named Gina, an Italian Grandma) watching you and your silly self makes his day and gives him so much joy. It certainly doesn't hurt that I absolutely love to watch you, as well. He loves it when I'm in the kitchen and I mimic you while I'm cooking. Gives us both major Big Fun! I actually have friends and family that love listening to me mimic you when I'm in the kitchen and they've never even watched you, yet! 🤣😂 God bless you, your family and your kitchen! Just put this in the oven. did not have a crockpot so just covered it with foil. did not have allspice but did have the cinn. and nutmeg part of that. love the dijon and olive oil idea. Had gravy master which is like the kitchen bouquet. Had onion soup mix in place of the onion powder. had everything else. looks good, can't wait to taste it! update. wonderful So good it doesn't need any sauce.

I'm making pulled pork butt again tonight and enjoy trying others recipes. After watching a dozen or so videos and reading a few new recipes tonight, it was a no-brainer for me to choose yours Gina! Hey Gina! I so totally enjoy you n your vids! I was just thinkin one thing about this recipe... I've noticed that yoi, like me, save sime things that are meant to be able to be chunked. And alsi you're si good to make use of everything usually even if for some other recipe some other day,,, but wjen you said you pored out the pork juice I wonced and was sueprized. /that thar "juice" was most likely some of the most fab pork broth that you could hope for for some rip roarin fabulous pork stroganoff made from part of the nextime the pork loin big roasts go on sale like they do often, that you could hope for girl! Trust me when I tell you that! Wth mushrooms or not but plenty of your parsley girl! And whether rice or noodles it'll be outrageous! So just cool it, remove the fat, pour it into a gallon sip lock bag and lay it on something flat in the freeer until you want to get it out to use in a few hours or heat it up in the pot... You'll be glad u did! And thanks for all your great vids! Ronda from Texas
