Do it solo, the NPCs don't help that much, at least that's what worked for me at the end.

Had an easier time "solo" I still summoned mimic. Also copied Pekora's build and went with greatsword and giant hunt with jar shard and 2 handed talismans, 3k damage per giant hunt.

tbh, it IS easier to do it solo since doing it with NPCs actually cranked its HP through the roof (u can still summon spirits like mimic/tiche/SkeleGreatshield) One time i tried to do solo cz I need to memorize its pattern, I saw his HP drained faster despite me dealing the same amount of damage (I still died tho)

I cheesed him with Impenetrable Thorns spell and mimic summon. Mimic even survived all the insane nukes in phase 2. Lord's Divine Fortification and damage reduction talismans also saved me a *lot* of HP in phase 2

In reality this is precisely the problem: The boss is not "hard"....he is "broken". In Phase 1 it is manageable....but in Phase 2 it becomes totally bullshit: It does incredible damage, even with the maximum level of Scadutree Blessing, it attacks almost without pauses and each of its attacks has an incredible range and is accompanied by continuous light AOE explosions. They definitely exaggerated with him and many have rightly complained about it (not only casual players, but also Souls veterans), because Phase 2 is almost entirely artificial difficulty and absolutely needs to be patched, slowing him down a bit and decreasing little damage it does to you. In Phase 2 he is the only boss in the entire DLC that genuinely surpasses Malenia in difficulty... with the difference that Malenia is generally balanced, with only a single broken attack (the Waterfowl Dance). Consort Radahn's Phase 2 has multiple of them, in addition to a vastly higher HP and damage level. I repeat....the DLC is of excellent quality and the bossfights, at least using the Scadutree Blessings, are more or less balanced, some more and some less....but not the final boss. He needs to get some adjustments, because as it is now, he's not even fun to fight....just frustrating. I know that Biboo has a huge passion for Soulslikes, but it still amazes me that she had the patience to face this horrible bossfight 147 times, before giving up and putting it off until next time. Another person in her place would have thrown the console/PC out the window, much, MUCH sooner. XD

@@zadkal8873 He only has 1 unbalanced attack, and that's the fast left->right, right->left, middle slash, which is basically undodgeable with normal roll. If you want to normal roll it, you need to have a frame perfect dodge in addition to having the right altitude with you and radahn. Other than that attack, he is just an extremely difficult boss.

@@zadkal8873 Phase 2 is fairly easy with an heavy shield. There are very few attacks that cannot be guarded.

@@thedarkplayerforget heavy shield, two handed guard with deflect tear can get it done too and you get the two hand bonus

Funny thing is, spirit ashes dont help jack shit in Radahn. Even tankiest one gets killed in like 10 seconds flat by him. The only real cheese is to abuse rapiers/bleed+greatshield since bleed chunks his massive hp by alot.

Because if you summon Ansbach he will make a comment saying that he is using Mohg's body + if you do Ansbach's storyline he will state that Miquella was going to use Mohg's body to revive Radahn

an npc tells you its what happened, to use mohg's body as a vessel to bring back radahn. It's why he's way smaller than the radahn you fight at the festival

In addition to what was said he also has Bloodflame attacks which would normally not make sense for Radahn to have.
