Barbie "Color Reveal" Extreme Doll Makeover

I rerooted and gave a Barbie Color Reveal doll an extreme doll makeover! I've never seen anyone reroot a color reveal Barbie before and it was definitely somewhat of a challenge haha. Had to bring out a rotary tool for this one and I accidentally shaved off her eyebrow in the process! I know a lot of doll collectors aren't huge fans of these dolls, so I wanted to see if giving a makeover to one was possible. I'm glad I learned the process and I hope it was helpful to watch if you want to customize a similar doll! I had no idea which doll I was going to choose in the beginning, so her makeover was pretty much unplanned! I rerooted her hair with a dark reddish-purple color called "Dark Plum" from TheDollPlanetHair, gave her a Made to Move body, new outfit, and of course fixed her eyebrow lol!! I think a Color Reveal Mermaid would be fun to makeover next, especially the newest wave. Their hair is so fun and long! I have the heart themed doll with the red hair, and I'm planning to rebody her and make her a character doll.

I love that you gave her new life since the only thing cr dolls are good for is fodder for a landfill. The heads are cool though since the unique thing about them is the molded hair.
