I like to use the pets as stuffed animals for my Chelsea and Stacie dolls. Also, Mini Lyn(my mini me) steals everyone's clothes and some of my other dolls don't appreciate it. What can I say? She likes fashion!

I'm genuinely glad that those who enjoy extra fashion are getting their wishes with these last several waves of dolls and accessories, but I *long* for the days of normal, sensible, everyday clothes. Maybe someday soon they'll release some classic, timeless pieces.

I've only purchased one of the Extra dolls so far. My issue is, for that price why not give us mtm bodies? Plus I'm an earth tone gal. Now if they had Barbie Extra Zombie Apocalypse version or something I'd be all over it. Lol

i kinda prefer the extra bodies over mtm, the joints look more natural. it's nice to have a middle option between full articulation and no articulation (like the fashionistas) anyway

I prefer the Barbie extra articulated joints. They look more natural than the mtm robotic looking joints. I have almost all the Barbie extra dolls.

11 & 13 is the darker tan skin tone aka Nikki: MtM wave 1 Orange Top, MtM wave 2 Gray/Blue Top Floral Pants, MtM Skateboarder, MtM Dancer(Curvy), MtM Basketball(Tall, I think) & MtM Soccer(not Millie). 12 is the standard Barbie skin tone, any MtM with Millie head will do.

Thank You Toya! I so wish I had that jacket big enough to fit my extra muscular seamless doll mini hubby. He doesn’t even fit into the regular seamless action figure outfits. It’s so sad. He always wears one of those 90s grunge flannel jackets during the winter here in CA in real life. It has a removable hood though. I actually just bought an extra doll so that Trinity @the_3_bear_sisters my 10 year old could have the Bulldog it came with. We have twelve real English Bulldogs. She loves the little EXTRA animals and I just gave her the bear 🐻 with headphones 🎧 which she is in love with. Otherwise I agree with You; the extra dolls are tacky abs their outfits look like a toddler put them together, cheap and nothing matches. My little girls do not like those outfits. They want real looking colored stuff just like us adult collectors. I have been able to use a piece here or there but usually with adjustments. I get thrilled when there is a piece without pattern or something written on it. The saddest moment was when they finally made some cute heels 👠 but the plastic leg warmers were attached 🤯🤦🏼‍♀️ Why???!!!

that last flannel outfit u put on mini toya is my everyday outfit…just with different sweats flannels beanies and hats, usually paired with crocs, converse, or black af1 😂 i’m a single mom i don’t have time to try everyday 😂

No MTM bodies in the lot.... Such a disappointment... One decent clothing piece is not enough to make me want to purchase....Excellent review as always...

The MTM bodies aren't as good for children. Too many joints to snag and pinch clothes on, too many ways to articulate becomes a distraction from creative/imaginative play. The knee and elbo joints on MTM are also a major eyesore.

12 is very 70s. I had jeans and jacket with appliqued flowers much like that about 1975. Hate the pets, wish the earrings were removable and really don't like the green hair. 11s jewelry is really good and 13s plaid shirtjack is excellent.

Hello, I was wondering what doll number 13 hands were made of, are they flexible or hard plastic? I heard on a couple Amazon reviews that the hands like to break so I just want to make sure. Also, love your videos! They help so much with sewing!
