its because its layered and texturized and a less bleached look, the movie was going for a more "plastic" look.(I agree though he does look better, younger even)

The interviewer Jake Haimlton is honestly really good (and he's my age). I wish I was a tenth as good as he is at doing interviews or talk to people or basically at life! He's cool, likeable, can speak well, does multiple things at the same time. But the questions are way too deep. Bro, you shouldn't ask stupid questions but to ask Ryan and Margot "what are the imperfections of the other person" isn't going to lead to anything. They would need way too much time to think of an answer and why should they reveal and even know something negative of their workmates?
