How long is this going to last? The distance between Barbara and Mercedes? I really hope Elsa can figure out something! Seriously, she's so strong and brave for standing up for them. If she "disappears", they might never end up together. GO ELSA GO

NothingButBroken I mean if she loses the child. Maybe but if she carries this child to term. This is set in the 1950/60s being queer was definitely hidden back than around the world. Not just in Spainish countries.. Barbara either has the child with her husband or she loses it. Those are the only to options. Raising the child with Mercedes would be way out there for the soap. It won't be at all realistic to the times they are in..

Elastic Heart27 They can move and Barbara can be a widow and make up a story her husband died in a earthquake or war and her and Mercedes can pretend to be siblings in the outer world and make a living while raising the kid. That would be a safe storyline

Yes, she does :) Both characters had strong personalities, but Elsa expresses it in such a badass way, while Silvia was mostly calm and quite. And Pepa was her rock :) Oh, God, I miss PepSi so much :(

My best friend and I had a crazy theory that the actress who played Silvia started falling in love with Pepa in real life so decided to leave and the director had to kill her character. Maybe we were too delusional, but who knows 😁
