Scenes of destruction as people look in horror at the bombed buildings and climb over rubble - very distressing. Injured people are put on stretchers. A fire engine ladder is raised beside a building. A group of people in a street hold an American stars and stripes flag that has been ripped by shrapnel. Men work on bomb sites with pickaxes, probably working to free injured people.
