With Pep, we would have time to fix the finances because he is such a good coach that he'd get the team we have right now further in CL and a lock for winning the league. But I do trust Flick. Flicks style of play is perfect for Barça.

Hi Jamie.....watched a clip of Stiller and i must say i was impressed. He has a wide range of passing varieties. He also has the right balance of offensive and defensive attributes. He very progressive in his passes while also keeping things neat in front of the back line. He shows the desipline to maintain his position as a pivot but can connect with almost any one in the offensive line. i like his profile and also there is a high ceiling for growth. If his transfer fee is affordable i think we should go for him

Angelo Stiller was a beast this season but like you mentioned in the video thats not an off-radar signing at all. Probably gonna cost 25-30 millions easily - since he only moved there last summer. But if there would be a release clause that would be sick!

What seems to be forgotten is that a condition for the Cancelo deal was that Eric Garcia went on loan to Gurnard, particularly of the City Group. Barca do not have the upper hand as City can afford to have Cancelo rot in the reserves

I mean Xavi asked for a CDM last summer but instead all that money went to the Roque transfer. The big thing is the first signing. If the first signing is not in the needs of the squad: a CDM… then for sure Laporta and Deco are in a mind of their own. Flick has a more strict attitude I think compared to Xavi, any funny business I feel like he’s capable of speaking up.

This was a deal pushed through by Deco because of his former agent work, along with the new agent being a close friend to Laporta. In fact, not only did Xavi not ask for Roque, when the Winter Transfer window opened, Xavi asked the club for another midfielder but he was turned down for bring Roque in. Flick also does not have a more strict attitude than Xavi. Another "in fact" correction, is that when Xavi first came to the team, he had a WHOLE LIST of rules. 1. Players arrive 90 minutes before training. 2. Staff arrives 2 hours before training. 3. Players eat at the training ground. 4. Fines are back. 5. Double fines for repeat violations. 6. Full effort in training, no exuses. 7. Players off-field activity will be monitored. 8. Players return home before midnight 2 days before a game. 9. No more risky activities for players. 10. A good image is required in the media. And many more rules actually. Journalists who follow Barca's training on a daily basis talked consistently about how Xavi was the first manager in years to have been teaching the players actual tactics on the training field unlike coaches like Koeman who did not. It's important to know these things because many fans are mislead from the truth, and have been overly influenced by channels like this that are telling you what to think, rather than teaching you to think for yourself. For example, how often do you hear Jamie from TalkFCB use the word, "WE" as if he is speaking for everyone.

Xavi became stubborn. Rules, tactics didn’t matter if you aren’t able to manage the talent that you have consistently. Injuries, poor form from players obviously doesn’t help either. If we had kept the same defensive form as last season, he would’ve stayed. But with Balde, Gavi and Busi and Alba exits.. that was his downfall. Flick: Assistant at Hoffeinham and RB Leipzig. Assistant of the 2014 World Cup winners Germany. Treble winner at Bayern. I know my ball. And Flick has what we NEED: Structure, Balance, Adaptability. Rules are pointless if you don’t have the right attitude and authority. Instead of yapping about the refeering, Flick COACHES his team. A big task of course.

Felix had a 7/10 season. Xavi never played him often so he couldn’t PERFORM. You can’t expect a top player performance with only 30 minutes. Keeping him is the smart option. He showed his moments last season. But then again… that was without a pivot. If we can fix the last missing pieces of the squad: 1. A proper CDM, pivot, who not only can carry the ball from the back, but also covers ground. 2. Play attack minded.. with THREE attackers; LW: Felix, Nico/Ferran RW: Yamal, Raphinha ST: Lewandowski, Roque Having a STRUCTURE from attack to defense is key for players like Felix, Pedri, Gundo, Cancelo.. to play THEIR game. We missed that CDM. We missed that extra threat in attack, too many times we played FOUR midfielders.

Angelo Stiller is a baller! He covers spaces and protects the defense at all cost. He is pressure-resistant and he progresses the play through pressure amazingly. I like the eye of Flick because he reminds me of Klopp who had an eye on low targets what others aren’t talking about and turn them into a team of dynasty. We shouldn’t be pressured to buy on the market spotted targets because we can’t compete with that. We should be smart.

Dont know if you’re gonna read this Jamie but Angelo stiller is apparently a fantastic talent! I have not watched him personally but i know a hamburg fan in Germany who has watched many games of angelo stiller and he says he’s quality. His position is top notch and his range of passes is amazing. He would’ve gotten into the german national team if it was not for Kroos coming back from retirement. Most exciting thing for me is apparently he’s really good defensively being 6 ft with long legs he can do the dirty work defensively. He got a big noes tho😂. Lets see what happens but from what i heard hes a great talent

CDM Targets 1. Kimmich 2. Zubimendi 3. Onana 4. Weiffer Stiller has the same play style as Casado. So no point in that spend. Kimmich can play RB as well. Plays quick ball. Zubimendi to me is simple but we need that. A simple playing CDM who doesn’t waste time like when Gundo, Frenkie played in the CDM role. Onana is a player I wish Kimmich was in terms of covering ground. He works and covers the wings very well. Would be so good in a 4-3-3. And plays top switches of play. Weiffer is kind of similar to de Jong in terms of ball carrying. But he plays simpler from the back.

It takes a great coach to unlock the beast in players. Some players just look bad under certain coach and a beast under others. So i am wishing all this average players unleash their beast mode under flick. So we can be a football power bouse once again💪

The club wishes Pep would come back, but the reality is, they neither have the budget or right to have him return, especially with their track record of recent coaches. I hope Flick can make a posituve impression for Barcelona, but I'm not holding my breath.

Perhaps Pep doesn't see eye to eye with the Barca board (Laporta, Deco etc...) However, if by some miracle he does comeback, Barca would HAVE to be financially stable. PERIOD.

I would get rid of both Joaos. I don't think they're good enough to be in Barca. If we really want to achieve something then they don't suite for that purpose. Furthermore, they are very inconsistent and I believe that won't change. There are a few more players which should leave immediately as well: 1. Torres 2. Christensen 3. Alonso 4. Roberto 5. Romeu Just doesn't make any sense to keep them I think. They don't even good enough for being in bench (maybe Torres sometimes will do something, but only when playing against weak teams and only as a 20min player)

Pep doesn’t want to return because of the politics. It’s not about the achievements, he loves Barca and I don’t think the enormous stress of managing Barca is something he wants to experience again. Maybe with a different president and less corruption at the club he’ll change his mind.
