I was lucky enough to work just outside Barcelona and stayed in the city centre. I’ve been over 25 times over three years in all seasons. I loved walking about in all directions and saw something different on every visit 😀. Oh, I miss those times 😢

Barcelona is one of the most magnificent cities in the world, packed with thousands of things to see. Off the Ramplas for example, sites galore, streets, squares down to the marina, beach, parks, parliaments etc. Olympic Stadium, Placa D'Espanya Sagra Familia etc etc. On off buses. Boqueria market on the Ramblas is stunning. You need a week to a fortnight to see all the sites. Everybody needs to go there!

Great city Kevin! get down the side streets into the little squares amazing local food

On my first visit about 30 years ago the stalls on the Ramblas were selling animals and chickens etc squashed in small cages. I was shocked at the cruelty. 😲 . It is an amazing must see City with the wonderful Guidi buildings.
