May be She is good at English from her early age otherwise as a BD student from national curriculum it is hard to be fluent and flexible in an unfamiliar topic

She did it accurately. Saying one or two sentences for part one is not the avenue to get above band 7;You have to answer the questions you will be asked by saying from 2 sentences, at least,to 3/4 sentences but the answers have to be concise and full of information which makes sense!😮

I took the exam once, and examiner asked me at least 5 different topics. You are asking about one topic throughout the whole exam it is misleading.

Good question, indeed! When an examiner finds a candidate delivering memorised answer, the examiner asks from different topics.

Chill bro!! U jst hv to focus on the accent, the fluency, where to pause n where not to. It's obvious... even if someone is going fr scripted IELTS test, doesn't mean they don't knw the vocabulary... If someone is so much fluent wid such a nice accent means English is already their their first language or atleast they made it up to the mark by learning it religiously
