Quick little tip with the limes. If you apply pressure and roll them against the countertop before you cut them, you can get more juice out of them. They’re also a bit easier to squeeze if you do this.

Wow, what a meal. Awesome vid. I used to do marinated fish & salad for kayak groups for over 10yrs. Quickly learned to get my plate first otherwise it's all gone, with some, second serving. Fish I caught, Snappa, Kahawai, Kingfish, Gurnad , Trevs. Had awesome campouts too. Smoked fish, sausages & whatever.

Those flatheads look like lizard fish we catch in Florida. Didn't know they were edible. I catch alot of them and let them go,but the bigger ones we use for live bait for King Mackerel. Awesome video.
