I've never been a fan of referring to fighting another guy without a shirt on as "banging" considering growing up all I ever heard was... I "banged" this chick... It's one of those word association things that makes me laugh every time I see or hear it.

Most of them may be kinda terrible skill wise and probably shouldn't have been given a pro license but they come to bang.

Bit late to help you but the bkfc app has lots of 1 on 1 interviews and mini documentaries about the build up to the fight or setting up etc.

Also Susan from must love mma does alot of interviews with bkfc fighters and she has great content.

I LOVE ONE championship same as BK valor and other fight groups like Karate tournaments, and also watching K1 tournaments from 90s 00s and on. same as GLory kickboxing. and ofcourse UFC! but really BKFC is fucking the closest to what I LOVE! same as streetbeefs and mighty mouse channel as well as Kimbo slice channel REST IN PEACE BROTHER!

S.W.A.T. Dude I honestly thought the same thing , his footwork was god awful he was constantly crossing his feet. He didn’t understand distance like at all not one time was he measuring wyth a jab to gauge the distance he just came running forward falling over himself n getting his entire body knocked off his center line by another 125lber you have to honestly try to leave urself so open to be countered or not have any idea what your doing .it was like he didn’t know how to L step to create angles or cut angles to close distance he thought he was going to slip n roll like mayweather cuz that’s what he seen on tv but found out quick he had no idea what to do. It said he was 3-2 in mma n fought in bellator I find that hard to believe bellator doesn’t have a flyweight division n that kid would get picked up and dumped n ended up with his head getting dribbled off the canvas in 10 seconds in any professional legit mma promotion especially bellator you could tell the kid had no idea what to do in the clinch he was getting rag dolled. He should of worried more about getting himself in a decent gym to train with at least one half way decent coach instead it looked like he just focused on practicing his walk n trying to “swag surf with a smile” every time the camera panned to him which made it even more embarrassing he was doing that after how bad he is . He’s never done more than hit a heavy bag a couple times a month in his entire life training wise

@John Presley Definitely not. Just because you see a lot of boxing does not mean you can apply that in motion in the moment yourself. You need to train this stuff over and over again into natural muscle memory and apply it in sparring. Go for it! Do what you can do in the current times.
