Wow!! I'm glad to hear my content was helpful in the transition. It is sad that people can't take a step back and realize our cats do not belong on processed food. I'm glad you were able to see a positive difference in feeding raw. Especially from a urinary blockage!

@jazzzy_babbby - I feel your pain! One of my 2 cats had the same thing last year, it cost me $2000+ for him to be treated. He spent the night on an IV at the vet's office & luckily passed the blockage (which was actually near the end of his penis!) on his own. Afterwards I did some research & found an herbal remedy/preventative for urinary blockages: *Chanca Piedra*. They sell it @ Chewy, it's cheap as chips, just a tiny bit (1/4 teasp.) mixed in with my cat's food once a week x4 wks prevented any recurrence of the blockage. Now I give both my cats a dose of Chanca Piedra once a month as a preventative. Apparently, urinary blockages are only a problem with males cats, so I give it to both my boys monthly now. And I did not switch my cat from the BARF diet he's been eating all his life (he'll be 6 yrs old in April).

Jericho has been on raw since 2018 and his full gi panel always comes back negative for parasites.

No pork no shrimp crab catfish ECT. Which are the worst animals or for parasites. Farm animals sheep cow ducks chicken. My cat very rare eats meats from stores, may cat probably feel the freshness or the Lab 🧪 🧫 contribution. Have a nice day

commercial raw has regulations and takes precautions and checks for it. smaller raw companies do the same. you could have parasites eggs and bacteria in any form of pet food. feeding raw is just feeding them the food their bodies are meant to process. why is it that dogs and cats are the only animals people get up in arms about with raw food? every other pet eats the raw version of their food
