That's a nice easel. I like to sit and stand every 30mins and being able to shift up and down is very convenient.

Can you suggest an easel suitable for a beginner looking to learn to draw? Is there a suitable Mabef one that won’t bankrupt me? Your videos are amazing and inspiring!

Could you speak abut the light? What do you have wrapped around it and what kind of bulb are you using? Thanks!

I often wrap either tin foil around the lights to focus the light in a tighter area, or place tissue paper around the LED bulbs to soften the harshness of the light (do NOT do this for non-LED bulbs, they get too hot).
