the grinder probably does not go too fine, and I assume it is a pressurised basket. for that reason they might go for the 9.6 gr per shot

I don't think their market for this machine are people who care about grind settings and brew time. Maybe a pro version in the future, with an added steam wand?

@@Europeandaytrader temperature is absolutely fine, i did not measure but i expect around 80 to 85 degrees

So, how are things going 2 months later? You still using your Baristina? Are you still happy with it? That thing now launched in Germany, and since I'm gonna need to replace my old Nespresso machine soon, I'm thinking about getting this one as a replacement.

@@GeorgeZakhia i’ve tried 4 different types of beans sofar: bocca, arabella, red honey and next will be vietnam arabica… i do not check oilyness… all functions well; still
