I like how everyone is commenting about the time it takes for this guy to pump out a cocktail, when the performance he is giving is the very reason he gets all the gigs that he does. Alexander Shtifanov has built his career on flairing. Jus enjoy the show, u wanna get drunk, go somewhere else

@Blast se llama flair y es parte de la rutina del bartender. Para solamente sentarse a beber, existen las cantinas y las tiendas.

En éstos tipos de eventos, la maniobra del flair, sólo es para dar espectáculo visual, no todos los BARTENDERS son FLAIRS! Por ejm. Yo me considero, vieja escuela, en donde enseño cultura etílica, a la vez informar y Marketiar el producto que promocione, llámese Bacardi, Appleton, 4 Gallos, Tabernero, etc. Es simplemente que hay clientes de sólo desean beber y embriagarse, y no tener una información adecuada. Por eso Mucha diferencia entre el Bartender Flair, que solo lanza botellas y el BARTENDER MIXÓLOGO CLÁSICO. DE QUIÉN SOY PARTE. ENSEÑAMOS DE LA A hasta LA Z. SIENDO MÁS SOMMELIERES INCLUSIVE a la hora de dar un buen CÓCTEL! SALUDOS DESDE PERÚ!

Don't misunderstand is not like they don't like flair bar tending but waiting for 5 minutes is too much for someone who wants to drink. Everyone needs entertainment but it depends on the circumstances, if you are busy and a lot people waiting to be served you can't do all those things maybe like 15 seconds would be available for entertainment. However this is a show and ofcourse he will spend 10 minutes or maybe more to entertain people which is fine. Last but not least everyone has their own views of how the things in life or on a bar on how they should be.

he was at a kind of expo... he was there to do this kind of stuff... because whe a hotel sends you to that kind of events is because you´re good skilled... i´ve seen before this guy at a talent show... and my mind has changed with this video.. i thought this guy exploded with that talent tv prog... but now i can see he worked hard his ass to get that fame...
