Save it. Detroit unfortunately doesn't make them like this anymore sadly. If we could look back in time, someone walked into a dealership and ordered that car specifically. It is special. It was someone's dream, someone's pride and joy. If you can, please save it. God Bless You and all of your Family and Friends 🙏 ❤️.

Such a shame the poor old girl was left to rot like this. Even so, she doesn't look that bad, might clean up "OK". Can't wait to hear the big block purr again

Save it! I think it's cool. I always used to prefer two doors cause they were always kind of rare on full size cars. But they're the only ones everybody saved and held on to so it's all you see nowadays, especially with donks. Even in period piece movies they're mostly two doors cause that's all that's around. It's cool to see a 4 door with a hard top and big block no less! That's a special car. Real Americana. Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday to your boy. He knows more animal noises than I do, lol.

Got a friend who has a 1973 Chevrolet Caprice Classic in the same body style. It is white with a blue interior. It is a fully loaded car. His car was built in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦. Nice looking car that you should restore and take it out for show or just to drive for fun. That car has the blower motor rear defroster, and his car has the electric rear window defroster, which was installed on cars sold in Canada. His car was an estate sale car and was from Vancouver, British Columbia. The car was built at the Oshawa plant in September of 1972. Sold by Dueck Chevrolet Oldsmobile on December 1st, 1972.

Sure wish I could have bought back my 1973 Caprice Classic Coupe! It was my 2nd car, but the first car I bought totally on my own. It truly was the best looking and driving car I have owned since. And I have owned a lot of cars since '74!

That is one cool whip, I would get it running, slap some paint and juice it or just leave it, or make the doors on the rear open backwards.

My folks had had thr same, 73 chevy caprice 454. Beautiful car but very hard on gas as even when you intentionally drove slow, you could watch the gas gauge move to empty.
Man you are such a cool dude and your son is adorable!! You really tire him out! We've talked before and I watched your wagon vids. I'm the one with the mint maroon 76 caprice estate. Love the 73s also. Funny story. Growing up. My friend Eric's Dad wanted a 73 caprice estate without wood and couldn't get it.. so he bought a completely loaded 454 impala 3 seat wagon!! This car had everything including the comfortron ac and the deluxe dome light. He chose a beautiful light green color!! I was so jealous until we got our 76 wagon, which I learned to drive on in 1977. Keep up the great vids and stay totally cool brother. Thanks!!! Ps... big bucks in your truck fuel tank!! My caprice estate too except the wagon tank is only 22 gallons... as you probably know!! Later!!

I always tell people who have a classic car not to sell it one day because they are going to regret it. Thanks God I still hold on to my 65 Impala SS since 20 years ago. I get people following me around asking if I want to sell it. I am keeping that car till I die.
@DezzysSpeedShop2 жыл бұрын
I don’t regret selling his car because I didn’t plan on restoring it. I was going to cut it into 1 million pieces LOL. Now the car will be able to be saved by somebody who wants to actually drive it after I get it running.

Thanks, I’m not a four-door fan but I think I should save this one and let somebody enjoy it instead of cutting it up into 1 million pieces.
