I cannot study with any music. With Baroque, I begin day dreaming about glorious European palaces and intricate formal gardens. Then it gets personal and I see myself as a Lord in my drafty but elegant country estate trying to deal with all the paperwork with only a quiver and an inkpot that desperately needs more ink! Confound that lazy maid! I have told her over and over to keep my inkpot full. Whenever I need her, she seems to be down at the stables flirting with the stable boys. Sigh.....I guess I will have to ring for the butler. (An hour later I realize I have not read even a paragraph of my textbook!).

Many people don’t know that Baroque music connects the left and right sides of the brain. It is great to listen as background music for short term recollection and as a brain power Booster for short term maximum performance. Thank-you very much for making this available!

I would like to add that this is excellent selection of music for Spring Cleaning your house bedroom or apartment . Minimalist mom has great suggestions for letting go of whatever clutter is keeping your stuck, poor or unwell. Circulate what you are really not enjoying on a daily basis ! Make room in your space for what your really want and need !

I believe that you've found your greatest choice, but have you ever wondered that there's something elsewhere can really rise you up from this awful situation? I boldly gave my opinion that you should be in harmony with the nature, that's our original, everything just seems like a turning point, we have to overcome it to make to our original nature. In chinese traditional music, there's a kind of Zen music which is believed that come from self-nature, if you would like i can attach it here. I frequently find myself exhausted after listening to Baroque and Classical music you upload because I spend all my time conducting the imaginary orchestra and this can last for hours! And my books are not even open to page 1! I was born to be conductor maybe :)

Oh my God. How i would have to concentrate. This music make me feel so happy and so energetic. I want to dance. I don't know if i will be able to listen to this while reading or studying. But i can absolutely use it to elevate my moral and self esteem.

Vivaldi makes beautiful music. They all do but his seems to be my favorite. I heard about him back in high school in music appreciation and I’ve been stuck on his work as well as baroque all together.

Timeless and very enjoyable. This has been my favorite period music for 70 years. I started listening to it when I was a little boy. In those days you could find this on the radio bands quite easily.

For anyone wondering, this really does help you study and focus better, on a day that I was sleep deprived and exhausted, I managed to do all of the an hour and half study (which is the most I've ever actually done on a school night) and it kept me awake and going till the last minute! Also the information just seemed to seep into my brain somehow.

I came here after reading a Stanford study that found that baroque compositions for some reason help you concentrate. The transitions between movements, helps activate the different networks in the brain, that are connected with paying attention and predicting events. So if you were wondering why listening to this was helping you study, well there is actual science behind it. If you want to read more about the study just type Stanford study on music while studying, it should pop up. ;)
