Barre for Glutes and legs is specifically designed to work all your lower limbs muscles and achieve toned and lean legs like a ballerina.
A ordinary ballet barre work is very intense on legs in order to be ready for centre work and be prepared for stability and jumps in a ballerina day.
An emphasis on how to tone your legs and elongate them is obviously included in this Barre where you, at the end of the practice, will feel the burn and the great feeling on shaping your muscles.
More stability, elegance and beauty will be the achievement to your hard work.

These videos are incredible. Thank you for making them available for free. They are priceless to many of us who can't always afford dance classes but want to keep up our technique and fitness level. You have a nice way about you too. It's easy to see you're a good and happy person!

Aleesia thank you a million for these wonderful videos!! In my young years and younger adult years I danced and loved it so much!! I still continued now in my mid adult years but have done other workouts and than suffered a shoulder injury. I am a stylist as well so I am very busy..feeling a bit discouraged I could not do alot of my workouts. As I was packing our things to move to Florida, I found my ballet shoes and pictures. I started back and discovered your videos! I have been doing them for awhile now, and thank you, my body feels great, I am dancing aagain and my shoulder is feeling better and on the road to recovery due to these workouts..I am so thankful beyond words!! xo

Alessia, I have thoroughly enjoyed U being my video trainer for the past several months. I'm a post-stroke patient- - actually had 2 AUG 2015. I've gone from paralysis on right-side of body to now returning to work (part-time) as of FEB 2016. Oh, I just love the ballet exercises. My legs have greatly improved with strength, and I have better coordination. I love the challenging videos, and how U have incorporated a reasonable stretch in between the routines. U make me laugh when U demonstrate the incorrect body positions because often I'm guilty, trying to take a break 😃. I've had some GREAT KZfaq trainers--SofaBar, my P57 girls, Qinetic Trainers: Isaac Lugoboni & Ariel; and, can't forget, Angela (eFit30). I think each of U have entered my world just as my body was ready for a new challenge. I THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My dear Celeste, you have no idea how proud of you I am. You made the impossible possible and you should be an example of determination to all of us. I'm thrilled I can be part of your daily routine, but always remember that You are the one that made all the efforts, worked hard and made a great recovery! I really hope many people will read your post and will stop making excuses ( whatever they are in life) for not trying hard enough. You really are an inspiration, so thank you for all you have done and making me even more determined to keep going! I'm sure the other trainers would be thrilled to hear how helpful they've been throughout your journey and on behalf of them all I say Well done, never give up and again thank you for letting us be part of your life! 14 Sessions Nonconsecutive Progress: DAY 1: ✅️ going to need some practice! My form is aweful. DAY 2: ✅️ form tiny bit improved but actually still pretty wretched. Feeling like I'm working some muscles. DAY 3: ✅️ am I imagining new muscles lines already or is it real? DAY 4: ✅️ DAY 5: ✅️ DAY 6: ✅️ It's easier now until I start paying attention to my form 😅 DAY 7: ✅️ something clicked today. My form feels like it's improving! DAY 8: ✅️ DAY 9: ✅️ DAY 10: ✅️ DAY 11: ✅️ DAY 12: ✅️ DAY 13: ✅️ DAY 14: ✅️ 🎉 I got some great results! My legs are looking very shapely in leggings. This made a wonderful difference - other routines I did over the summer gave me mediocre results in comparison. New plan: I purchased a mini stepper. I'll be on that every other day or so and do this routine twice a week for maintenance. By spring I hope to have the cellulite that suddenly appeared at age 40 gone :)

MY BUM IS ON FIRE! Lol. This is great. I am still doing a couple of your vids every day. Plus others plus class, I want a distinction. Exam in 8 weeks! Fingers crossed, it would be so cool for a 44 year old to get a distinction on their Inter Foundation methinks!

Yeah, RAD Inter found, I did Cecchetti/Russian as a kid but never did my exams because we were a bit poor. I was up to Elementary/Intermediate when I quit for the scoliosis operation at 16. My goal is to do all the way through to Advanced 2. CRAZY. Developpe a la second and derrière are still quite difficult away from the barre post hip operation, which is why I am doing this video. Loved your new back video too. So much fire on my body is good! Also, the arm videos have given me lots of muscles. The Ta Ta Flaps are nearly all gone and been replaced with Delts/Lats and triceps. ...Bingo wings. Tuck shop arms. Faddobbiders (that is the sound they make when you wave). LOL. I will definitely let you know how I go, though it takes ages for the king and queen at RAD in London to send back the marks....

So hard but so so good! When you did the attitudes to the front and side, was your foot touching the ground in between, or were you lifting directly from the hip?

Straighten your leg in front/side/back of you, then bend your knee thinking there is a table sustaining it ..tadaaaa! :D

Sometimes on the back leg lifts, something on the back of my knee feels uncomfortable or painful - what's wrong in my form that causes this to happen? Not today so much as we had the knee turned out, but on other videos when unbending the knee back or lifting the leg with the sole of the foot facing to the ceiling.... Can anybody help a sister out?

İ wonder is that excerise can make the glute muscles and legs bigger because i don't want that I give up from squat because it is make muscles bigger

Tried it again, but i feel like im doing it wrong. I dont feel the burn. Is it cause i maybe stick my bum out?

Karolina probably yes. Also don't lean forward towards the chair. Keep your chin "out of the water" at all times, and when you do plies, think of sitting on eggs. If you sit on them you squash them and you make frittata :D:D:D Love Alessia
