i have been barred from Weatherspoons for she smells, staggers, falls. The staff who work their drink alcohol and smoke too which i dont. i didn't fall. i collapsed because of an NHS doctor called Dr. Pigney who gave me bad medical advice.

The second one was crazy! The problem obviously lies with their app then if it's allowing under 18's to order alcohol! 🤦🏻‍♂️

You should report poor food to their head office. Wetherspoons is a brand and their food is usually the same standard in every pub. If one of their pubs isn't keeping to the standards, they will definitely want to know about it.

In a spoons where the internet was down. I had to go to the bar to order a drink leaving my bag, drink and a paper on the table using the national recognition of a pen over the top of my drink, OK. I returned to the table to find everything gone. When I questioned the manager "Sophie" , she told me I took too long to get served?. My bag was eventually returned to my but the strap had been cut and some of the contents missing. 'Sophies' response was "staff are ALLOWED TO STEAL"

not gonna lie, I agree with the not allowing purchases through the app without proof of purchase, its not 'bad service' to refuse the sale of alcohol if you can't prove your age. It falls under the same UK laws as an over-18 person going to buy alcohol for under-18s in a shop.

The 2nd clip i can explain whats happend there, for whatever reason your table number has been shown as you are live streaming and people are ordering silly drinks to your table, it happens alot in wetherspoons and is a pain in the ass to deal with for staff, staff dont wanna be running kids milks and pots of coldsaw to your table every 2 mins, so you just get refused service

It is actually an offence to film in a licensed establishment, although I personally wouldn’t approach somebody and tell them not to if they weren’t being invasive towards other patrons privacy.

You're not allowed to record but they are allowed to record you. The Information Commissioners Office states that by law they have to display signage to warn the general public if they are using CCTV. Have you ever seen camera signs in Wetherspoons?

Tim Martin is a nice intelligent man. He just employs morons. I was refused service because i complimented a barmaid on a perfectly pulled pint. A friend of mine was barred for complaining Over a 20 minute wait to change a barrel. I'd use them more often if the staff were taught how to treat customers.

Thier mind set is, If they complain bar them. We are superior to our customers. We are doing the customers a favour.

I am s 57 year old man i went to spoons to see my 70 year old friend after 4 drinks i was told by a 20 year old whippersnapper that i had had too much and was refused service the manageress was extremely rude and obnoxious then i turned round to see a bouncer on each shoulder i am not a rude person i merely wanted to know what qualifies a kid to tell me i have had too much to drink pointless complaining to anybody as they all piss in the same pot
