im guessing we have discuession that thier was some houses assumed those houses are beautiful whenever we would of noticed those people are nice and how ever the realtors i have noticed most elgance mansion

Is there a hoa? How’s the winters? How far is the closest school? Is there bus service for the school? Where is the closest market and more? Also, is there a bus nearby in case my house service needs to catch the bus after work or on the weekends? Is there a butlers quarters?

2 million plus the cost of maintaining such a large house and property must be enormous

It's true, the cost is high, but I guess it depends what you compare it to. In Winnetka, Glencoe it would be a fixer upper at $2 million 🤷‍♀️
