Had the pleasure of meeting and interviewing Barry White about 6 years after this concert. It was poolside at a party ;)

Here..Barry White was allready a living legend...unbelievable...

An old girlfriend of mine was a huge fan. Me not so much. I decided to get tickets to take her and it was one of the best concerts I've been to. So glad I saw this legend.

Barry White was on of the most talented singers and song writers in the history of music, regardless of the genre. There will never be another Barry White. May he rest in peace and God bless him.

Never had the privilege to see Barry. I really regret it, such a brilliant artist! Beautiful music, charisma, just something about him. I have been a fan since the 70's. Always playing his music, so romantic, love the man! Taken too soon! 😘🙂

I also had the joy of performing for an L.A. wedding and met your beautiful wife, there! She gave me the most awesome compliment to my music services! She is still gorgeous after all of these years, with her beautiful, long, curve fingernails, wavy hair, and full length mink coat! We love you, forever!!

I agree with "friends2011able" I'm a little older than you. I discovered Barry in 1973 and would lay on the floor and spin his early albums. Thankfully, I have, I think, every track ever recorded by him, Love Unlimited & Love Unlimited Orchestra. Now, I have this videos to add to my collection. I/we miss you, Barry.

My first time that a listening Barry White, was from my first friends Cesar Bonilha he was big fan, i so glady he introduced me at him, i was 15 or 16 years old, i was living in Uruguaiana Brazil, i was in his house and he took a LP...and just listening after tell me if you like..........i ddint like i loved it, and since that im her big fan!

For those of us who grew up listening to the soulful sounds of "The Maestro" and other soulful groups from the 70's, take some time out of your busy weekly schedule to take a "musical vacation" be thankful you were around to witness all the great music of those days! Sometimes i feel sorry for the youngsters growing up today! the music! "garbage" but they don't realize it! so just be thankful, i know i am!

If you weren’t in love after listening to “the maestro” then you soon would be. And the name of their band-Love Unlimited-Gosh-In a world of commercialized racism and violence-how catchy was that? Like all great music, Barry White and Love Unlimited are timeless.

It's amazing how respectful the audience is, even though they are enthralled with his personality, prescence, and talent. A testament to the classier 70s era. And HE is the king of multi-tasking! All that walking had him severely winded though. Shit, it damn near killed him.
