What if Clive Davis is gay , what's that got to do with anything? If he is, he won't be the only one. Anyway these celebrities and the managers should get vetted before coming into the industry like you do in ordinary jobs and any inappropriate behaviour or reports of it should taken seriously and delt with confidentiality to safeguard other artists and colebs instead of brushing it under the carpet like they did with Jimmy savile . It doesn't matter what colour you are or whether a person is gay or not, they should conduct themselves in a proper manner towards each other and set an example for especially the young people coming up.

@WillieDLive1-e2p well as a music maker, I recently stopped using Spotify. As the cost of recording and mastering my music is unlikely to get paid back with Spotify rates per stream. The only way to make an actual living is via merchandise and there's always a layout of money before any return. But the profit margins are quite good, it's important for artists to have a budget and a business plan. I also have a separate Bank account for my Music company, always have records of every transaction and have someone else double check all accounts. You have to treat it like a business, because otherwise you will get walked over.
