@@Ljaymes I actually did say something that went against his point, alright Mr. Oblivious. I mean just look at their old views compared to when they switched styles. They struggle to hit even 200k views, compared to the old music which allowed them to be able to hit at least a million views easily.

Having family in the industry, this is what tends to happen. A lot of my family fight their demons with sex addiction, pornography addiction, alcoholism, eating disorders, and drug addiction. It tends to be the big thing in the industry and they get sucked in. Also the family of mine that has made it "the biggest/went far" in the industry, suffer from depression and suicidal thoughts. I honestly wouldn't wish it upon anyone. You have so much pressure on you, you are out there for more people to judge you and give you their opinions on you,etc... Please please don't ever wish for fame or fortune. And when you grow up in it, you realize how much it all is dead ends,so much of it and the stuff you can buy leave you even more empty. And theres a lot of fake friends,some are easy to spot and others are not,money also changes people,it changes you and it changes your family and your friends. Nothing is ever enough,the views,the comments,the likes etc... Oh yeah and the addictions tend to stem from wanting to feel something, they tend to get numb to it all and they also want to feel validated,they tend to become down on themselves,and then the depression makes them become self absorbed. I mean ultimately in the industry you lose your identity and become who everyone else wants you to be to make money,you become a people pleaser. And when you do that you constantly need validation and then to escape the stress you go to outlets like sex,drugs, alcohol etc... We have to be rooted,our identity and everything has to be rooted in Christ and we have to be true to who he made us. He gives us gifts and talents and we should use them,as they are,but yeah,we should never try to be someone else or who others want us to be. It also can be a very lonely life.
