That area has something to do with some sort of time and space manipulation. When she went into the cave and saw her ship she actually saw into the future and when she tried to send a signal at the last minute before she got attacked. She ended up sending a signal to her future self. So basically she will be trapped in a time loop of coming to that planet, sending out a signal and getting eaten by that alien. This should be an episode of love, death & robots because it got that love, death & robot vibe to it.

What a brilliantly done short science fiction video movie. Everything about this is excellent. The voice actress, if there is one, is excellent. If the voice is Ai generated, that's unreal.

To hear about the technology is one thing, but to see it in action.. wow ..

that was absolutely great! A keen eye can see that the animator dosen't like animating hands and was like "screw it will just frame shots so you won't see her hands holding anything" Works well there were only a couple frames where you could see her hand hovering beside the gun.

A mix of Forbiden Planet and Final F,antasy were my feelings.. This in a game engine is mind blowing.

It just took me full in, amazing work.

the time loop premise is not new and I am sure it will be used again .. but your use of the idea was well structured and planned out almost elagant in how short the loop really was .. nicely done .. lovely art work as Matt Keller said It should be in the love, Death and Robots .. well done keep up the great work

That is absolutely amazing, I was definitely getting Returnal vibes. But if this was a game, I would like it to be designed like Uncharted. An incredible 3rd person adventure. Or even better a 3rd person adventure on PSVR 2 imagine the sense of scale, immersion, 3D stereoscopic visuals. Hey I can dream.

The trailer has me captivated. I'm there with girl. The voice acting, little precursors to what's happening, the gravity of it all - wow. Well done, this one has the potential to rise.

I saw some birds get trapped in a trap set specifically for them. There were 4 birds in total but only 2 were on the trap at a time. The other 2 birds were just watching from a distance. The trap works by getting the bird’s talons and legs tangled in the wire when they land on the trap to try to get the mouse inside. Without realizing that they were trapped they kept trying to get the mouse inside. Then all of a sudden, two human men started running towards them and the trap!! The birds in the distance flew away and watched as the other two birds jumped and flapped around but did not fly away. The humans picked up the birds and the trap and brought it to their vehicle and then reset the trap to catch more birds. After about 30 minutes, the two birds that flew away came right back down to try and get the mouse in the trap, not realizing that their legs were getting tangled. It was only when they saw the two men running towards them that they realized that they were stuck and could not get airborne. It was at this point in time that both birds understood WHY the previous two birds did not fly away after seeing the humans run towards them. ITS BECAUSE THEY WERE TRAPPED AND COULD NOT. This sudden epiphany moment is exactly what the protagonist just experienced in this video. The only difference is that in order to fool us the trap must be so complex that we can’t even comprehend how it works. This is what happened to the birds in this scenario. They did not posses the required level of intelligence to understand that they were being trapped just like how the protagonist did not posses the required level of intelligence to understand that she too was being trapped. Especially when dealing with, space and time. Like where do you even begin to try to understand a trap so complex? Time itself is a dimension, apparently the 4th. So the protagonist might be moving through time at a complete different speed than everyone else or potentially trapped forever. Where does the human mind begin to understand how to free themselves from a trap so complex?? So many questions yet no answers until it’s too late IF ANY ANSWERS AT ALL!!😞

Just so we are all on the same page here. I'm MW-62, married, father of three, grandfather to four. Yes, as a matter of fact, I think I can say that three generations of my family unit would be happy to part with the money to see this and/or something like this in a movie theater. Maybe a longer version, or a selection of similar shorts by this or any other like-minded artist.

Wait. Is this not an upcoming game? The writing here is great. Not sure if she was in some kinda time loop with that blue stuff, but it was definitely trying to trick her, so that means it's intelligent.
