She said she wants to grow another company&accomplished what she came to do which was grow the company into the giant it is today which was bigger than she initially thought they would do. Why does it have to be something more with some sort of underlying conspiracy? She’s a grower, takes something that needs or could do with improvement, &builds it up or restructures it into success. A lot of people in C-Suites go around going that&enjoy doing it. They don’t like being stagnant, they thrive off of that sort of work, when others do better&enjoy maintaining. Sometimes it’s a simple answer

That, my friends, is called a salary dump. Dave is probably saving a ton of money by her stepping down. That being said, she did a hell of a job. The New York content people better be freaking out right now because they're next.
