One Great story. The obsession (I use that word in the most positive regard) with their craft between these pizza guys is insane! I have the pleasure of knowing Carmines friend Joe Carlucci of Valentina’s pizzeria in the Rocket City USA. Huntsville AL and I can relate. He tells me stories all the time. And I’ve seen the recipes these guys have. It’s unreal the lengths they go through to keep improving each and every single batch!!!
